Lame Post...
I know it's been a while since I updated but I haven't had anything exciting to share lately. Cam is very anti-camera these days so here are just a couple of lame pictures. Sorry I will try again tomorrow especially since my parents are in town!!! Thanks for coming Mom and Dad!!!

This is the start of Chris's "man" birthday! Cam and I got him his first grill so he broke it out to use the other night (I think he might need a different apron!)

Flat Zoey...

My niece Zoey is reading this book in school called Flat Stanely. It's all about a little boy that gets squished to be little and thin. The book is all about his adventures that he gets to go on and places he can fit. Zoey's class made flat versions of themselves and sent them to a relative that lives far away to take them on adventures. So we were REALLY excited that Zoey had picked us to have flat Zoey!!!

Zoey went with us to a professional soccer game where our local team "Real Salt Lake" played!

And she climbed to the top of the bark pile to play too!She went to Temple Square...
She watched morning cartoons with Cam and Grampy Bear... She got to go snowboarding for the day....while there is still fresh powder! She even got to stop at Rice Eccles Stadium where the opening ceremonies were for the 2002 Olympics!!!

She was one busy lady while she was here! It was SO much fun to have you visit and see where we live. We hope that you and the class enjoy her adventures! Love you ZZ!!!

Morning Time...

Sometimes Cam just makes me laugh. Chris has been trying to sell his old car for a while and we haven't had any luck. We have tried a lot of different ways but nothing so far. On a different note today is Wednesday and Cam and I watch the garbage truck come and dump our garbage. This morning was no different. We ran over to the front window to watch the action....

Cam says: "Oh no! They forgot to pick up Daddy's car! They didn't take it! He didn't even want to take it!!!"

I guess he gets the idea that we want to get rid of it!!!

Earlier this morning he and I are in bed watching cartoons and Chris comes over to say good bye. We give hugs and kisses and tell him we love him and then Chris starts to walk out of the room. (Usually this is when Cam calls him back for another hug or something) This morning he pipes up with....

"Wait Daddy!!! Don't take any of my toys, orange juice, or b-sagna (lasagna). Bye!!!"

I guess you never know what daddy's going to take to work!

Home Improvement...

It's not a visit from my parents unless they get a chance to help around the house. So today was our day to get things done! We hung some pictures (note the pencil in Cam's little ear)....
Moved some furniture...
And painted the stairs and hallway! I came out of my room to find my mom letting Cam do a little painting...somehow I think this is going to come back to get me later! Thanks Mom and Dad for all your help!!!

Visitors...

We've had all kinds of visitors this week!
Emily and Sydney came into town this weekend! Cam's found a new buddy to hand out with...Syd! We also got to have Brett, Julia, Jaxon, Cori, baby Dax, Erin, and Ryan come over to hang out. We've had a lot of fun!!! Thanks for visiting!

This week...
I know I have been informed that I was an awful blogger lately so here's an update. My parents came into town on Monday and we have been off doing stuff this week! The other bonus of the week is that Chris is off work this week before he starts his new job on Monday!!! I LOVE having him around! Chris and Dad have been working on Cheri's new playground and some other landscaping stuff so here's how it's gone....

The first day lets just say they knew they were in for A LOT of work!!!

They got it all together and then came the mulch....yeah that's TONS of mulch for one little area (Dad loves to go big! At least it wasn't a semi full this time!!!)
DONE!!! Success!!!
