Happy Birthday Camden!

Beth, please be warned, you might want to turn off the volume... you know, so you can control your emotions. It's not my purpose to make you cry over every video!

Today is Camden's 3rd birthday. I can't believe how fast time flies when you're helping raise a little boy. He has grown soo much in just the past year, I can't wait to see what he comes up with next! Last year was potty training, this year... I think I'll teach him to drive!

Happy Birthday my sweet baby boy!

The Drop Off...
On our way in...Grampy is STILL willing to help me out taking both the boys in! (note the matching suit on Cam)
Cam matched Grampy and all the other Elders there (he thought it was pretty cool)
The Heatons including the little man on the way! They're on their way! We are so excited and proud of you guys. Love you!!!
Our goofy little future missionaries!
We will have to re-do this picture in about 16 years
Last but not least...Coop! He's been trying to feed himself Cheerios but he was having a little difficulty today!

What's Next???
Coop is once again into everything! But that face gets him out of a lot of trouble!!!
Yeah that's right...he JUST started crawling 9 days ago and pulling himself up on things 3 days ago but tonight he thought he should take it to another level...going up the stairs by himself!!! Maybe I liked it better when he was sick and tired!
Nothin stopping this little bum!
Yeah he has trouble written ALL over him!!! I don't really want to think about what he will be doing by the time he's a year old! He's got me running after him at 7 months! Yikes!

I Smell Trouble...
Coop is quite adventurous! He is all over the place crawling but now he's added pulling himself up on everything to his list of skills. I think it's time to put the crib down because when I come in to get him up from his nap this is what I see! Cute little face but knowing this little dare devil he might try jumping out tomorrow!
He pulls himself up on the stairs and tries to crawl up them already...last time I checked he is only 7 months!!!
Rex has found his new favorite place in our house! Chris finally got a bean bag for playing video games and Rex is a big fan too!
This is Chris's new breakfast that he makes all himself!!! He gets so excited every time he wanted a picture of it. Look at the skill in that breakfast burrito...now you all know why I married him! He's got skills people!

Phobia...
Ever since I was little and I watched Christmas vacation I have been deathly scared of squirrels. You might be asking yourself didn't she grow up in a house in the forest....Yes I did! However this doesn't make my phobia get any easier or go away seeing the nasty little creatures outside my house all the time. I've tried to get over it but, truth be told I can't!!! There is something about their beatie eyes and coarse crazy hair that just gets me. My family thinks that it's hysterical and so my sister Leca got me this t-shirt for Christmas...I know you are thinking Wow! where can I get one of those shirts! It's one of a kind baby! Going on, in sharing this with the blogging world this DOES NOT mean that I want to find any weird squirrel stuff in my mail box or showing up at my house...really you can keep your funny squirrel stuff to yourself. I just thought you would like to know another weird quirk that I have! Thanks Lec for this special little gem!!!

What a week...
This has been quite a week for us. The boys and I have been really sick. After multiple trips to the doctor we've found that Cam had double ear infections and a really bad cold with a fever, I had a sinus infection/cold and poor Coop is cutting teeth, with RSV, and an ear infection on top of all that!
He is still a happy little guy but his breathing makes him sound a lot like a squeeker toy. After a lot of trips to Walgreens this week for prescriptions our final thing was a nebulizer for Cooper. I am doing breathing treatments with him every 4 hours (which is way better than the hospital option). I am happy to report that after all the prayers and concern the little man had a big night!
He was laying on the floor tired and worn out and Cam went down to "be his friend." Cooper saw Cam and started to crawl to him!!! Here he is super sick and now is when he decided to start crawling!!! 7 months and now on the move! Way to go buddy!
Cam thought it was fun to crawl with him after that
This next week should be exciting for us too! My parents are visiting before they leave for the MTC to go on their mission to Russia for 18 months! There is never a dull moment around here lately!

Since we've been couped up in the house for a whole week we got out the car my mom bought Coop for Christmas. The boys love it! Cam drives is all the time and then buckles Coop in and drives him around. They are already pretty funny together!

Sharing...
Apparently personal space is not something we've learned yet!!!

I came into the room and saw Cam "playing" with Coop in his exer-saucer. I don't think that Cam can wait any more for him to get big enough to play together so this is his solution.

Let it Snow...
This weekend we got quite a bit of snow so Saturday morning we went sledding with some friends. The boys needed a bath to warm up.
The boys shoveled before we left.
I love to see the mountains all covered in snow
Cam LOVES to be outside in the snow and to shovel. This year as you can see he is really helpful! He can carry a ton of snow! A few more years and who knows....

The boys match outfits today and Cam wanted Coop to have "matching" hair so this is our attempt at a little baby faux hawk!

USC Trojans!

As many of you might know I'm a huge USC Trojan fan. As you can see my boys are picking up on it just a little bit. I'm not sure if there's anything better than cheering on your favorite team with your boys!

By the way, SC should be National Champions, nobody would beat them, not the way they played tonight!

Fight On!
