No More Chicken...Superman!!! IYou will all be happy to know that Cam no longer has to dress up as a chicken for fun! My mom and dad came into town today and grandma made Cam a cape! One side is Superman and the other is Batman! He LOVES it!!! Here he is after the bath ready to action (note the new Lightning McQueen jammies too) Let's just say he's in heaven!!!
He can't stop smiling and pointing at McQueen on his tummy!

Most of you know that my sister Cheri is very pregnant so Cam has decided that it is his job to take care of her....every time we go anywhere he thinks he's in charge of carrying her purse for her. Yeah sometimes it weighs more than him but that hasn't stopped him yet. He usually picks it up and then stummbles around like a drunken sailor until he gets it under control. So here he is being a little gentlemen!

Changing Every Day...

So once again Cheri, Cam, and I went on a little excursion...we went to Ikea and a couple other places (no parks or swimming today) We found out at lunch that Cam LOVES mustard. I was eating it with my hotdog and he wouldn't stop dipping into it! I think he ate more mustard than hotdog! Grampa he's ready to eat corn dogs with you any time...pass the mustard! Chris was teaching Cam how to put together the step stool that I bought today before bed!

Busted!

Cam loves to sneak off to the other room and Cheri's house and play the piano. Today was no different. I just got his diaper on after swimming in his little pool at her house and he made a bee line to the piano. Seem's like we have someone musical on our hands.

The Park....

Yes once again we took Cam to the park today! We finally found a park that had little kid swings that he could do on his own (we have been looking for the past few months)!!!

Spaghetti....

I know I have posted pictures like this one before but this time was the worst of all. He looked like he was tan because of all the sauce all over his arms and tummy and face! It was really funny and he even had spaghetti tan lines on his arms! This picture doesn't do it justice (or the floor)

The Pet Store...

I wanted to do something fun with Cam today and since it is so hot here I thought we would go to the pet store (especially since he has a serious love for dogs). He was really excited to go....

The world's worst mom...

It seems like every day 5 o'clock jumps up out of no where and I need to have already started dinner (and imagine that I'm behind). Once again a delima of what to cook for dinner. While 5 also seems to be the time that Cam is the whinniest and sits at my feet crabbing and sometimes crying for attention. Well at the end of the day when I am trying to get everything in order before Chris gets home (so he doesn't think I have just been sitting around all day) that's when I don't have much patience left. Tonight was no different....I couldn't take any more crabbing from Cam so I told him to stop it or go find something else to play with. He just kept doing it so I told him again to "Stop it!" Then he laid down on his tummy right under my feet and looked up at me and then kissed my feet!!! Like he was so sorry and then when I leaned down to tell him I was sorry for being such an awful mommy he kissed my hands and my cheek....Beth, I'm not sure what's worse Gracie telling you you have a frowny face or someone looking at you like...how could you talk to me like that! Either way I think Cam knows how to work his mommy!

To much time with Blue....

As you all know Cam LOVES dogs but I think he's gone a step to far...I try to give him snacks at the table but instead he takes them all down and puts them on the floor to eat like a puppy....maybe we should spend less time with Blue! yikes!

Cam keeps getting into his dresser and pulling this old costume out to hold and snuggle like a stuffed animal...well it dawned on him yesterday that he could not only snuggle it but he could wear it! It's a little snug but it works!
It even looks great with some cargo shorts!

More Family Fun...

We hung out with the Barlow's again today and we went shopping and swimming. Then for dinner we went up the canyon for a dutch oven dinner (thanks Heatons). The kids had a blast climbing everywhere and getting into all the dirt. Here are some pics from tonight (wish you were here Taylors and Mom and Dad).
