Our weekend...

This weekend it was Coop's 2nd birthday! We went with our friends up to Midway to get away for the long weekend and have some fun!
The trip started out right...the kids napped on the way up while the Mom's got to chat!

When we got there the hotel had a merry go round so we got right on!

The kids LOVED it!

Ash and Cam lookin so cute hanging out watching a show waiting for us to all get readyOne day they had a petting zoo at the hotel where they brought in some baby goats, ducks, a calf, and bunnies

Matthew loved these 2 little baby bunnies

These baby goats were SO cute! They were only 2 or 3 weeks old and I had to hold them!

Cam LOVED the petting zoo! He was willing to take any animal home (except this calf)

We went to the park with pizza for Coop's birthday and let the kids run around. Then it was back to the hotel for cake and icecream!

I can't believe my baby is 2!!!

He loved every minute of his birthday. He kept chanting..."birth-day birth-day!"

Who doesn't love a good piece of cake?!?!

They had a cute little house that the kids thought was pretty cool too. We also went swimming a few times! It was a blast but it always goes to fast!

We came home and Coop got to open his presents from us. He LOVES trucks just like his brother. It's the perfect gift especially since we don't have a yard so he can dig all over the place!

We finally got my mothers day swing together and I am LOVING it!!! There is something about sitting out on a swing that I just love! Thanks boys!

This week...

This little man is showing you his muscles and how big he's getting. Cam is almost done with preschool for the year!!!
Ok here's regular Cam with the little smirky smile preschool hasn't made him that tough!

This week our dishwasher broke!!! So I have been doing mounds of dishes by hand like this...I know Patti I thought of you more than once! Are you sure you love doing dishes cause I sure DO NOT!!! Friday we get our new one installed!!! (These are all clean ones laying out to dry)

End of the Year!!!

This past week we went on a fieldtrip with Cam's preschool class to a farm. I am excited for it to be summer time so we can do whatever and enjoy the weather! However, I got up today and it was SNOWING!!! Yeah that's right it's the end of May and it snowed! Hopefully it will turn nice and stay that way soon!

Then we stayed after with our friends Jack and Caleb for a picnic and to feed the ducks and geese

The boys LOVED throwing the food at the ducks! I think that was their favorite part! I am sure we will be back soon for more fun!

Thank you for for all you've ever done for me and for my family. I obviously wouldn't be here without you!! But really, thank you for raising me and putting up with me and teaching me everything. I am soo grateful for how much you put up with me! Please come visit us again soon too!

Thank you for my beautiful wife! She is an amazing woman and I know she learned it from her own mother. We are soo grateful for all you've done for us in the past and all you will do for us in the future! We miss you and can't wait to see you soon!
