Cam, Cam, Cam...

The boys and I hung out with Erin the other day. We decided that it would be fun to go feed the ducks....apparently not the best idea! Can you see Cam's face screaming and crying at the ducks?!?! Note to self: Cam doesn't like to be near any animals (yes even at the petting zoo with them in cages...that was last weekends tragedy). Pretty funny since he loved riding a pony last week! Whatever!!!
Brave Erin finishing feeding the ducks. When we got home he asked if we could go back and feed the ducks tomorrow with Erin because "it was really really fun!" Cam is playing pretend all the time now and I love watching him and listening to what he has to say. Here he is on his way to work with all of his bags. We went to the childrens museum yesterday and had a blast! Cam was loving shopping and checking himself out at the register.
Friday is cleaning day in our house so I was planning on doing all the random stuff I never get to since Cooper was sleeping so well. I decided it was time to wash the windows inside and out. I got all the insides done and some of the outside ones with my little helper Cam. He wanted to go inside since the hose was getting him a little wet. Next thing I know I am locked out!!! I have the monitor with me so I can hear Cooper screaming inside and Cam keeps saying "Sorry I can't unlock it. Do I turn it this way? It's still locked." AAHHH!!! I am locked out in my jammies with cleaning stuff, a hose, and a baby monitor that is screaming! What do I do??? I am sure by this point of me pounding at the door telling Cam to let me in the neighbors have fully confirmed that I am nuts! There was no way that he was going to get it open so I went to the back door and started pounding. Cam won't come so I start yelling "Come down here now Camden!" I look in the window and after quite a while he slowly starts walking down the stairs. He walks over to the door stops and looks up at me like--Why are you outside freaking out? I repeat yet AGAIN for him to let me in! He slowly turns the handle and says "Hi Mom I got the door open!" AAHH! Next time I am taking my phone and the keys with me!!!

I guess this is what happens when you ask your husband to get your kids dressed on Sunday...sweater vests gone BAD!!! Cam's baby muscles in his tank top/vest! Yikes!
These are some wet wipe covers I made today. I wanted one but I could only find them for like $20 and I'm way to cheap...I mean thrifty for that!
So I got the fabric, edging, ribbon, some batting, and my hot glue gun and went to work. I think they turned out pretty cute.

Gweeno-gweeno...

I thought you should all that the privelage of meeting Gweeno-gweeno the monkey. This is Cam's FAVORITE thing ever! He is his permanant side kick. Thanks again Maddie for getting it for him. He tells me every day that you took him to the pet store (build a bear) to pick out an animal.
He even thought it would be nice to take a picture of Gweeno gweeno, him, and Mommy. (Yes he named the monkey himself and sticks with the name...it never changes)
There's nothing better than a sleeping baby and a clean house all in one day!!! Cam and Coop have been sick with a bad cold so this was a quite the accomplishment today! Yes I know...it's the little things in life that get me excited now.

The Weekend...

This weekend we got to get away with our friends to their cottage. We went on a walk and the boys had a BLAST chasing eachother on their bikes

Some one was sneaking Daddy's shoes! Tonight was Coop's first go at the Bumbo and he seemed to like it.....so did a few other boys....
Apparently it makes a great hat too!
Even Chris was a fan of it!
