The attempt...
Cooper has had issues with his bumper pads from the start. In the beginning he would fold the side bumper in half and put his feet on it. Next he added to it by folding the other side bumper in half to use it as a pillow. Then last week he slowly ripped off each bumper tie so that he can flop them around for fun as a toy. Well today I decided to take them out completely and he was not happy about that! He finally settled down and I came in to find this! Maybe I should invest in a new bumper set! This little mans trouble!

Oh that baby! I remember Breckyn doing the same thing. I just kept sewing the strings to hold it on tighter. She still managed to get past it though. Just give the little man his happy time.
I'm with Lec - let him have his happy time. Let him do his worst. Then, when the next baby comes I'll sew you some new ones....maybe in pink this time! (Yeah, right!)

Jack does the same thing. I am constantly retying the bumper pads, cause when he gets bored he uses his feet to untie them and then sucks on the strings. Boys are so fun.
I think he's going to be an engineer when he grows up....
Sam used to have both legs sticking out and wake up screaming because he was stuck. Us poor Moms trying to keep our babies safe and happy in bed. Sam did outgrow this crazy time in his life. Hang in there with Coop!
