Next comes the neighbor that has so much stuff they like to "decorate" the staircase with it. This person put their half dead plant right in the way so that you have to walk almost over it to make the turn to get to the door. Maybe next time you could keep that little beauty to yourself!
Then theirs us....we do have a baby that likes to make a lot of noise (I'm sure it's annoying too) but we keep to ourselves and never put our bags full of garbage in the hall or our running shoes that STINK outside in the hall either (that's the other neighbor Chris hates! He says he has some stinky stuff he'd like to leave in the hallway if he thought it was allowed!) Anyway, we keep to ourselves and try not to be to loud. We celebrate Christmas with a little sign on the door that doesn't get in anyones way...unlike crazy Santa lady. This is all coming to the point that maybe someone should write a book like "How to be a good apartment dweller for dummies"! Anyone want to take that idea and run with it that would be great (we could use some free copies in this building!)

I love your santa sign. It is so cute! I think YOU should write the book.... you could make a fortune but unfortunately the people who need to read it, WON'T. Hey, set a date and go play some cards. Old people are really fun to hang out with - trust me!!!
Great idea. They should make people read that book before they sign the lease. Yes, apartment living is great. I actually kind of miss it. Now it's like, "what? we have to fix our own roof?"
